Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Creative Services

TR AdStudio provides commercial advertising video production, AI-assisted product photography, CGI visuals, social media campaign creative direction, and multi-platform promotional deliverables. Each engagement is defined by an agreed project brief or invoice quotation.

2. Commercial Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client is granted an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use, broadcast, display, and distribute the delivered final creative assets across all paid advertising networks, social media platforms, websites, and broadcast channels.

TR AdStudio retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed works in our studio portfolio, website, and promotional reels unless otherwise agreed under a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Turnarounds, Drafts & Revisions

Standard project timelines range between 48 hours to two weeks depending on complexity. Initial preview drafts are provided for client review. Revisions are accommodated based on the agreed project scope. Significant scope alterations outside the initial creative brief may incur additional quotation.

4. Asset Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All proprietary source images, unreleased product blueprints, and confidential brand guidelines supplied by the client remain strictly protected. We do not distribute, sell, or disclose your brand assets to third parties.

5. Payments & Billing

Project milestones and payment structures are mutually established prior to production kickoff. Invoices are payable via approved banking, UPI, or digital payment gateways. Delivery of final unwatermarked master 4K files occurs upon clearance of the agreed project fees.
